MaPa

Every time my two and half year old toddler wants to call Papa, his mouth utters MaPa, and then again he tries to correct it , but all in vain as we could only hear MaPa. Then, he takes a deep breath, finally some pause and hmmmmm he call outs Papaaaaa!

If you ask me, I feel that's the perfect way to address his Papa ... MaPa! Fathers are indeed the "Part and parcel" of kids life, but we also see how the role of "Papa has changed" quite recently. Quite recently when I suggested the topic "My better half is a better mom as well" to Sheroes, they agreed readily and I really got a very positive response for it.

Do you remember Aamir Khan, Kareena Kapoor and Rani Mukherji in Talaash. How Aamir son's calls him Adda, I really liked it! Isn't a unique way of addressing someone very special in your life?

And that's one of the reason I feel MaPa is so justified and sweet for my better half and for his role model!

About To Complete a Year

Coming Jan 2016, I would be completing an year when I resigned from my full-time employment and started working as a freelancer. Time really flies ...in

... Getting new clients and projects..
...playing with my new born and didn't missed even a second of his growth and activities
... managing maids and to make them understand that I'm still working...
... Got to know how the IT and non-IT sector works and I'll like to stick to IT world
....Lost few kgs.... yipeeee for that..
.... Made new friends.. double yipeeee for that
.... and yet again my belief of "Keep Faith" helped me

Jargon

A misty morning makes you feel like a new born ...full with energy and passion

Again a change in routine and again thought of blogging..!!!

Well this should be the umpteenth attempt and again with the same will power to succeed!!

Since last few days, I was really in dilemma as I was looking for a cook but not sure if I would be comfortable with it [Yes, I m bit fussy about food and its preparation] but finally gave it a try so I get full two hours [that too morning hours] at my disposal .. I mean I can waste it like I want... time is really a luxury!! ;-)

As I look back [just six months back] I was a typical common man... struggling with home...work and its arrangements[its not that I didnt had time but you know , being a lazy hippo I feel just to chillax]... but today I feel I m the QUEEN have so much to do coz I have time.... yayyyy!!

So lets see... whats next in terms of blogging and if life has any other surprise ...I m waiting for it :-D

Last Month of 2013!!!

Oh man!! Last month of the year. I mean how time flies... god knows!!

My memories of 2013 new year celebration are still fresh and its about to end. Should I feel happy about it as time is flying soon which means I 'm having a good time or is it I'm just so occupied that hardly realize about time, date, month...year!!

TV shows have again started wrapping up top 100 news, songs, movies, soaps, ..actor...bikes, cars... of the year 2013. On the other hand astrologers are busy writing ... २०१४ में कैसा होगा आपका भविष्य!!! Same goes for IT companies, getting new budget approved for the new financial year :)

All busy in en cashing money from each moment, as I in this moment just feeling good about writing back something...on my own blog!! Nothing more!!

वक़्त बिताना है तो बीत जायेगा

बीता हुआ पल ना लौट के आयेगा

Tadka..

It not that I dont try to be regular , its just that daily routine of eating...office and driving is something which I dont like to narrate. There is more to this space!!

Life is just not about this routine .... well actually it is, routine as well but there are some spices which makes/change that routine and those spices are which make your life live-able!!

Wish each day we our hit by TADKA!! but then even that would be a ROUTINE :(

My Last Post...

Its that time of the year .... yes year end!!

Had an eventful weekend.. pizza party with young generation and luckily this time I didnt felt like I'm old. Actually last few get-together have been like this, that you feel out of place , used to always think that its generation gap but this time it was real fun.

And then had grand lunch at Taj, no we are not like fan of outdoor foods, but we were presented by a gift voucher of Taj and so had to use it ;)

Any resolution ?

Well, now that the world didnt ended this year I'm thinking to start all over again.NEW BEGINNING.. and so lot of plans...cooking, dancing, some interiors.... reiki...and what not!! ;)

Ganpati is Back :)

We were forced to wake up with loudspeaker chanting telgu mantra/bhajan. I'm not against it, but if bhajan are soothing they make you feel great even if its on loudspeaker!

Whatever, hopefully they don't continue this every morning , today being an exception.

A Lazy Friday Morning !

As I woke up today, rain drops caught my attention and it was pretty much heavy rains.

With ginger tea, when I went to my balcony... the freshness and morning mist made me feel more energetic and I thought of putting this post :)

No matter what happens... there is no stopping... with morning heavy rains..still one would find people dropping there kid to school... that houselady busy in her "chik-chik" with mlikman... Taaza khabar are presented with moist feelings... and some bachelors still waiting in there window to have a quick glance of there "angel"...

No Stopping... thats life...on a lazy friday morning :)

A Confusing Day!!

Well... How can you avoid confusion?With so many choices around... OMG... Its HARD!!

• Some work out or another 40 mins sleep
• What to cook... paneer of lauki?
• What to wear... pink or blue?
• Flats or heel?
• Which  one to drive ... TVS Wego or Audi( Wish I had the latter!!!) ;)
• Which phone... Sony or Iphone?( I have None!!)
• Whether to work or not?
• Should I call him or it would sound despo!!
• DJ or pajama party?
• Alcohol or orange juice
• Should I sleep or can spend some more time on Net..

Can't Life be bit EASY!! ;)

Cricket Commentary

I started my second innings thinking that I would score a double century like Sehwag but again it turned out to be Zaheer Khan on crease with just one "chauka" (four) and next bowl straight to the fielder and HoWZZZAAT!

Okies...So that was my life's commentary :)

And I know... Life would go on like that...lost in celebration of fours and sixes and we keep on missing "singles"!!

Rain Rain!!

I hate it when it rains when I have to come to office. I mean exactly the same time when I’m ready to hit the road and rains starts!

Doh!

So much “extra” clothing is needed, well I drive a two-wheeler and so you might be aware of what I mean by extra clothing!!

--First, make sure to keep an extra pair, just in case you get drenched you can change
--No stylish footwear, just those plain floaters
--Once you are ready, wear another jacket so that even if raincoat is not able to prevent you your actual costumes don’t get wet! And also if they are transparent, it also prevents the embarrassement
--A big bag, with tiffin, shawl, towel, extra pair of clothing and mobile on your back
-- then comes the raincoat
--a scarf/stole on your face, to avoid those spalishing of water from bikes
-- a helmet on top of that

After so much effort, if suddenly it strikes you that  you have to give a  call to somebody, or want to get money for petrol. Ahhh…. First remove the raincoat then, take out your bag, remove your stole/scarf pull out your mobile and then call and again dress up!

At times I feel I’m going on a spaceship.

Well, even I heard similar narration from some other male colleagues who come in shorts and vest over that a raincoat, and as soon as they enter rush to washroom to get dressed up. Well, that’s a kewl idea.

And also, some bike riders wear polythene packs on their feet so as to protect their leather shoes and socks from getting muddy and drenched!

Rainy Day during weekdays…. Its really horrible!

Divide!

Well,  Its a FIGHT!

My heart is divided .Its struggling , pleading, deciding between two shows. Which one to watch?

Saturday 09:00 PM two shows on two different channel

• Just Dance : Where there is hrithik roshan and moreover its my dance show. Dance my passion
• Khatron ke Khiladi : I like it because of the stunts. They are different and people enjoy it.Its fun to watch how normal people react.

And so my remote in in MY HAND and after every 15 mins I need to press the SWAP button .

Breaking News- Benefits!

Well, nothing much is happening after that Ramdev –UPA drama and now that I’m just so irritated by his face that its better I don’t talk about it.

But then our lunch session get boring. Well, we need to have some “breaking news” to criticize, discuss, argue, and blame others then only food gets digested otherwise  it remains undigested and then we (read it as IT people) need to walk after lunch which is against our work culture.

Our work culture is well defined .You are just made to “Sit & Stare” .

Okay leave IT people, they are “good for nothing” …. I was talking about my lunch sessions so as there was no topic to discuss we were eating… in fact swallowing, when we have some breaking news we can do “jugali” what cow and buffaloes do, so food gets digested easily and then we can work towards our aim… i.e. Sit & Stare.

Another reason is when you have breaking news you put in all your frustration/anger in criticizing  or finding flaws in it . ( Well we IT people can hardly appreciate anything ) and so you vent out all your negative feeling which gives you more positive enrgy and then that’s the reason just after lunch you feel sleepy. So relaxed you are. You just need a bed. Isn’t?

View From Office!

With record breaking tallest buildings and shrinking living space , its hard to find sky visibilty! View from my office ...Clouds were appering as if they are ordered to model in that fashion, not an inch from here to there.  Not that great.... But clear sky ... sunny day made me feel fresh!

Movie Time!

After long time yesterday I got a chance to watch movie trailors and thereare many new movies coming. I feel really enthusiastic about some movie like

• Zindagi na Milegi Dobara  

• Buddha Hoga Tera Baap  : His new looks are killing!

And another sensational/controversial film 

• Murder 2 :OMG he is looking horrible.... I mean his hairstyle... its like pathetic, I can't even think to watch that. Yucksa

 But the problem is that in hyderabad now online booking is not possible. Man why they want us to download pirated movies? Who would go just to buy tickets? Bad Bad Bad!

Random Post!

Its been more than four months but we are still struggling in this "new city". And the struggle is still not over I guess... setting up your own home "the attachment" is something which can't be described.

One carves his dreams , and turn them into realization. The actual thing.... the feel good factor!

From the silliest thing may be  newspaper to a big investment of buying a house we quarrel... argue, fight but then ....... one decision! How that happens ... we don't know.... ! Just that It Happens....

Just read a humorous article on economic times on offer document. Somebody who is interested in finance should definitely read it . I loved it :)

Other day one of my colleague asked who is your favorite actor? And I was blank... well not really ! I still think having fav actor and actress is still what teenagers and college goers should do ... and I left all that long time back. Honestly , my one time favorite SRK is now a faded memory, after I watched him in K3G. Too much of melodrama and I wanted SRK to say no to that bulls***. But he was actually acting in that. I didn't liked it. And then favoritism was lost!

Not much planning for this weekend... its so damn HOT and me a hot hippo.... need a pond where I can float all day!Ahhhh... that makes feel woooooowwwwwwwwww......
